+ good atmosphere, friendly and polite staff,bilingual and good services. nice to stay with pleasant

+ Location was good close to restaurants and public transport. Sauna was such a bonus loved using it just before bed so relaxing. Staff were incredible especially dealing with Muhammed. He check us in and was so helpful and understanding when we arrived early in the morning making sure we get to check in early. Everyone is so friendly. Breakfast was delicious such a huge variety of foods. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Would 100% recommend staying here when you’re next in Istanbul.

+ We had a pleasant stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel in Istanbul. Our first room was unfortunately very small, with a large load-bearing pillar right in the middle, making it feel quite cramped. However, after speaking with the reception, they kindly moved us to a much more comfortable room with a great view the following day. A special thanks to Maras, Ozgur, and the rest of the reception team for being so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Their excellent service really made a difference. The breakfast was simple but fresh, tasty, and more than sufficient to start the day. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with major attractions only a 15–20 minute taxi ride away and convenient access from Istanbul Airport (IST). Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel in a good location, I’d happily stay here again.
