قريب من ميدان تقسيم و بعيد من ضوضاء و زحمة تقسيم
+ فندق نظيف وطاقم العمل في الإستقبال و المطعم كانوا متعاونين.
الموقع مناسب لمن يحب سكن قريب من ميدان تقسيم و بعيد من الضوضاء.
− شبكة النيت ضعيف.
موجود صعدة صغيرة عليك تجاوزها لم قررت مشي إلى ميدان تقسيم.

It's alright, but Uber is not very dependable and the hotel's location is not very good. The hotel itself is alr
+ The property is a bit old, and strange sounds emanate from the bathroom around the clock. It sounds like clicking, popping, or creaking as hot water pipes heat up or cool down.
− Uphill walk from the public transport. There is no public transport next to the hotel, we always have to walk uphill for about 15 minutes. If you book a cab like Uber, they are very expensive and always try to overcharge. They charge however they like. Never ever get Uber if you want to save money. The food at the hotel is way too expensive; I mean, more expensive than London. Istanbul is not as pocket-friendly as it used to be.

A perfect day of relaxation, comfort, and exceptional hospitality from start to finish.
+ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional.
The spa facilities were excellent, especially the hammam and swimming pool. The hammam was relaxing and authentic, providing the perfect way to unwind, while the pool area was clean, comfortable, and very well looked after.
A special thank you to Yelda :) at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, charming, and professional from the moment we arrived. Her warm welcome, positive attitude, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a true asset to the hotel and provided outstanding customer service throughout our visit.
We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
