− У нас было разбито окно в номере.

− No think

− Honnêtement, je n’ai rien à reprocher. Tout était parfait

− The only slight problem is the constant traffic noise. I politely asked the young woman at reception for a quiet room and she assured me that there would be no noise on the 6th floor... I can assure you that from my room overlooking the pool I had trouble getting any sleep because of the traffic.

− The pictures of the pools, spa and gym didn’t reflect reality. All facilities much smaller than portrayed. Unfortunately, the whole stay experience was spoiled by other guests (the hotel hosted several large groups of international school kids). Having a peaceful breakfast or drink at the bar was impossible, gym and both pools unusable due to hoards of unruly school boys. For the sake of future bookings, the hotel manager will one day have to make a choice between short-term revenue and loss of quality guests.
