+ This was our second stay at this hotel, which says everything about how satisfied we are. The staff, especially Mr. Şener, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel has a perfect location, comfortable and spotless rooms, excellent breakfast, and an amazing atmosphere. Despite being just a minute from Istanbul's busy streets, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Outstanding value for money, and without a doubt our first choice whenever we visit Istanbul again. Highly recommended!

+ Everything was perfect. We booked a room for 3 - it was big, with a fridge, tea, coffee, water etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right in the Laleli Bazaar, so it is a perfect place if you have business there or just want to buy something. The hotel has a terrace on the 6th floor with a great view and a restaurant. The food was fresh, we always found something to eat (cheese, eggs, sausages, sweets, greens and vegitables, coffee, juices etc.) But the biggest advantage of this hotel is the people who work there. Always friendly, smiling and caring about your comfort, very helpful in all matters. I would recommend this hotel for its hospitality and high level of service!

We came back because of the wonderful experience we had last year, and this time our stay was even better. The staff did everything they could to accommodate our special requests, and we truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I would especially like to thank Mr. Şener for his exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. He, together with the entire hotel team, made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was always friendly, smiling, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. I would repeat exactly what I wrote in my review last year because I haven't changed my opinion at all. The hotel's location is simply perfect. It is within walking distance of public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring Istanbul. You can easily reach almost every part of the city, while many famous attractions, restaurants, shops, and historical s
