Great value for money for your needs
+ The receptionist and canteen staff were great and give us warm welcome and quick responding to anything we need. Secondly the location is good. It was easy to find our needs such as grocery, cloths, desserts and restaurants and cafes
− The lift was too small. It was just enough for 2 to 3 persons. Other than that the hotel is great

Malgré ces points négatifs, nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Istanbul.
+ La localisation est vraiment pratique, proche du tram et des zones touristiques, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied ou en transport. Il y a aussi plein de boutiques sympas et de commerces autour, l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter du séjour.
Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui reste très appréciable.
− Dès l’arrivée, une forte odeur de canalisation dans la chambre, ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable. En plus, l’isolation est mauvaise : on entend énormément le bruit dans les couloirs ainsi que les autres clients dans leurs chambres, difficile de se reposer correctement.
Les serviettes semblaient propres mais il y avait plein de cheveux dessus, ce qui donne une très mauvaise impression sur l’hygiène générale. Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié et manque clairement de choix.
Globalement, le ménage et l’entretien sont vraiment à revoir.

Very clean, rooms are nice, albeit somewhat old.
Overall, a great stay in Istanbul if you are here to explore the city.
− Breakfast could use fresh fruit and vegetables, and plain yoghurt. There is a produce market right down the street, I don’t see why the property doesn’t use this opportunity. Then it might actually look like the pictures))))

+ The staff is very nice, good communication in English, the room is clean, the air conditioning works, the doors should be repaired throughout the hotel, the noise of the broken doors is disturbing.
