Feronya Hotel

− Habitación pequeña. Cama no especialmente cómoda. Bastante antiguo: necesita una reforma. Baño también pequeño. El aire acondicionado suena muchísimo y molesta para dormir. Pedimos una habitación con dos camas separadas, confirmándonos dos veces que así sería, para que al final, tuviésemos una cama doble.

− - Room was very small for four persons. - No drinking water refill for room ( only the first day and only two small bottles for four persons) - Room AC was turning on/off randomly even when someone inside and thermostat is at the lowest. - Shower was leaky -Water pressure was very low.

− Very Bad Experience – I Do Not Recommend This Hotel I booked a large room with two queen beds and one double bed, but upon arrival I was given a much smaller room with only one queen bed and one twin bed. The room was far too small for our needs, and it was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and contained very old, worn-out furniture. I immediately complained because the room was completely different from what I had booked and paid for. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide the correct room during our stay. I had booked four nights, but after staying two nights, I could no longer tolerate the conditions. I informed the hotel that I would check out unless they could provide the room I had originally reserved. Since they had no suitable room available, I requested a refund for the remaining two unused nights. The hotel told me to contact Booking.com, and I did. However, I still have not received my refund. I only asked the hotel to charge me for the two nights I stayed and refu
