+ reception leute sehr nett ,ich meinte nur ein frau war sehr nett und sehr geholfen,und ein jung mann auch er heiee (amir) ich hab in resturant und minibar gesehen,er hatt viele adress zu euns gegeben. sie heiss(farahnaz,ein jung mann war da ,ich denke er war chef von reception,ich hab wegen zimmer geredet,er hatt ein große zimmer ohne mehr geld gegeben,aber bitte von ein jung mann , er heiss (emrah kein hilfe nehmen sie,weill er hatt ein taxi von mein frau beselt,"und war katastroph, koffer kaput gemacht und ........

+ The location is excellent, it's in the heart of Taksim Square where everything from services and commercial facilities are available at a short walk distance. Whether you need restaurants, markets, money changers, cafes, all of it is available there. They have a very handy restaurant in the hotel itself. The staff is excellent, welcoming, helpful and efficient. Mr. Emad, Hakan, Muhammad and one lady who i couldn't catch the name of were all excellent with us, whether we need information, services, or had any other query in general, they were all very helpful. I'd recommend Taksim Gonen Hotel wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a vacation stay in Istanbul.

+ excellent location- spacious hotel comp to other options in the vicinity- bigger elevator tHank GOD- Clean lobby. - n good rooms. they also spacious- bathroom was also nicer than the other hotel i got last year- I was v please - Location is super right by Taksim n mosque w amazing views - n yet its in a lane so quiet-
