It is a bit pricey for the level of service and facilities provided.
+ The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful. When we arrived, a young staff member helped us find our villa, which was located outside the main hotel area. He spoke English well, was very polite, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
− The Booking.com listing could be clearer about the location of the villa. It is situated in a separate alley on a very steep hill, which can be quite challenging for elderly guests like my parents, especially since we had to walk to the main hotel every morning for breakfast.
The kitchen could also be better equipped. There were only a limited number of utensils, glasses, pans, and other basic kitchen items.
The water heater was quite noisy, which was disturbing at night.
Finally, the overall cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the yard and entrance area, which were quite dusty.

Fabuleux!
+ J'ai passé une très belle semaine dans cet hôtel, pour le travail, mais également pour quelques jours de vacances. Une chambre immense, ainsi qu'une salle de bain très spacieuse. La vue sur le Bosphore était à couper le souffle. Le personnel adorable. Il est idéalement situé pour les visites touristiques dans un quartier charmant et animé. L'hôtel est au calme par contre. Le restaurant en rooftop est excellent! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
