+ La ubicación es inmejorable en pleno barrio histórico a dos pasos de la mezquita. Y el personal es un encanto, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Realmente un placer. El SPA no está tan mal.
− Todo excepto el personal: la habitación no es como sale en las fotos, no hay espacio para nada, ni siquiera un armario. En nuestro caso nunca funcionó la heladera del minibar ( minibar que no existe de hecho). La tetera eléctrica tampoco funcionaba. Las camas todas fundidas, imposible dormir ahí, ni hablar de las almohadas: te levantabas todo doblado por su mala calidad. Pero lo peor fue la limpieza de la habitación: la moqueta era un asco, imposible caminar descalzo ahí. Otra cosa muy desagradable es que en un hotel de esa supuesta categoría: siempre los pasillos están llenos de ropa de cama sucia, aspiradoras, un caos y muy falto de orden. Repito, lo peor: las moquetas, un verdadero asco, rotas, manchadas, deshilachadas y sucias. La piscina en realidad no está en el hotel, debes cruzarte con tu toalla por la calle llena de gente para ir enfrente a la piscina. Nada relajante. Verdaderamente una de las peores experiencias en Turquía.

+ Her şey çok güzel ve mükemmeldi. Zeynep Hanım çok harika, güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Mutlu olmamız için elinden geleni yaptı. Kendisine misafirperverliği ve ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Albergo bello tutti gentili in pieno centro e vicinissimo alla linea del tram
+ Staff preprato, eccellente ,cordialissimo e molto bravi e amichevoli, pronti in ogni domanda e preparati in tutti i servezi richiesti. All'accoglienza lo staff sono stati subito cordiali e pronti in ogni nostra domanda come così quando siamo andati via, inoltre avendo mangiato al ristorante dell'albergo la sera, posso dire che il cibo è buono e tanto. Esperienza da ripetere e sicuro nello stesso albergo. Un ringraziamento sentito ai ragazzi della colazione per la bella sorpresa al mio compleanno. Grazie di cuore
− Il balcone della camera me lo aspettavo leggermente più grande ma giusto per due persone.

Not worth the pice
+ Location good, close to main attractions. Good if you like it busy and people talking to you as soon as you step out the door. Most off the staff was really nice. Erturan at the reception helped me with everything I needed and fixed problems. The man who showed me around the sister hotel on the other side of the street, dont remember his name, was also very helpful. The reastaurant staff was super nice and food good and athmosfere nice in both places. Amazing view from Deraliye. You can also have breakfast at both hotells. My room was quiet.
− Was not worth the price. The good reviews I red before going confuses me now and makes me wonder who made them... ?Poor cleaning. The bed was kept clean but proper scrubbing and cleaning was not really done anywherel There was a huge amount of dried tooth paste all over the bathroom wall, stains on tables, walls etc all over the room. Same on the sister hotel Sophia, the floor behind the sun chairs at the pool was full of hair and shit, so the area was not flushed and scrubbed everyday. The gym did not have working aircondition, towels and water empty. Did not try the spa because I did not trust the cleaning process. The balcony garden view was a little garden but mostly some kind of building site with pipes?
The pool area as Sura Hagia Sophia was beautiful but not realxing at all. There was rules but no one made sure they were fallowed. The pool was K18, no jumping, no screaming... Well there was grown men jumping and screaming, playing their own music and taking over the whole ar
