+ Excellent location, close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia etc. and tram stop. Fabulous views from the balcony, clean and comfortable room with a great powerful shower. The breakfast was very good - buffet style with scrambled and boiled eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc and variations through the week. The standout feature of this hotel though are the wonderful staff team who did everything they possibly could to make our stay very special. (We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary). Nothing was too much trouble and we were always greeted with warmth and kindness from everyone. A special thank you to Halit who was always there to help and guide us to make our trip the best it could be. We are looking forward to our return in November!
− These things wouldn’t stop us returning, but minor issues for us were not having space for a bedside table (I made my own with my suitcase!) and no hook on the back of the bathroom door/limited bathroom shelf space. It was also irritating that the WiFi kept logging out after every use, so needed the password re-entering. But again, the WiFi signal worked fine and we were on the top floor, so we weren’t too troubled really when looking out at that fabulous view!

Definitely recommend staying here. Wonderful location, staff and facilities.
+ It’s very cozy and in a great location. The room was spacious and we loved to have the balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was amazing and made my birthday exceptionally special with a cake and a special way they made the bed. We are so happy with the stay.
