+ La ubicación es maravillosa, muchas cosas por hacer en el vecindario y el río es cerca. Además, las instalaciones son cómodas y el personal que trabaja en el hotel es maravilloso, todos prestos a colaborar y te tratan muy bien. El desayuno muy rico.
− Al ser una calle concurrida se da un poco de ruido en la noche, pero nada que no te deje dormir.

+ We loved the staff, the location, the breakfast and the view during breakfast, the size of the room, the attached Irish Pub. Easy access to all the tourist sites. Can walk to tram and Ferries. Plenty of food options near by.

Маленький удобный городской отель в отличном районе.
+ Отель небольшой. Особенно ресепшен, как и в любом городском отеле, расположенном в бывшем жилом доме. Расположен в очень хорошем, безопасном районе. Несмотря на то , что весь первый этаж занимает пивной ресторан, слышимость не большая. Не мешает. Номера неожиданно большие и удобные. Очень милый отзывчивый персонал. Половина русскоязычных. Для короткой ознакомительной или деловой поездки подходит идеально. В общем производит приятное впечатление.
− В последний день нашего пребывания не было горячей воды.., помыться мы не смогли. Завтраки очень скромные, нет обычных йогуртов и ветчины.. но ресторан на террасе на крыше и приятный персонал скрашивают это. Нет гладильных принадлежностей. И как оказалось, в сезон надо очень заранее обговаривать поздний выезд.. нам пришлось полдня гулять оставив чемоданы в отеле..

+ We had an amazing stay! The boys at the reception were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.
Breakfast was delicious, and enjoying it on the rooftop terrace with such a stunning view made every morning special. The hotel has every amenity you could wish for, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

+ The location was great, the room so clean , comfortable and big
− The lobby is very small, and some of the staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited variety and below-average quality.
