+ Hello! I stayed 3 nights at this property! The staff in all Departments are very Friendly, helpful and Professional! The breakfast was very tasty and good variety for me😊 the room size was great! 10 min (hill) walk from Taksim station (metro nr m2)

+ Personal ist ok,rest ist leider sehr negariv. Schlecht Standort,Schlächtes Bett, Schreckliches Ausblick.

+ Sämsta hotellet jag varit med om. Stark avloppslukt i korridorer och sovrum. Gick inte att sova!! Säng trasig. Vi beställde ett rum för 3 personer. Sen fick vi en trasig säng! Service under all kritik! Om vi behövde toalettpapper behövde vi gå till receptionen. Sämsta hotellet någonsin!

+ Overall visit was nice and pleasurable, Staff specially Mubarak and Mohammad were absolutely kind and welcoming and helping us a lot. In general I would recommend this place, location was very convenient and breakfast was also pretty good!

+ The facilities are ok but there was a bad smell, probably from issues in the pipes and issues flashing. Water was dripping in the sink the entire night and couldn't be stopped
