+ We had a fantastic stay at Broken Column Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Without us even asking, they upgraded our room after noticing that the room we had booked would be too small for our family of five. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us. Every time we saw the staff, they genuinely asked if we needed anything and were always happy to help. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit that weren't overpriced, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When our daughters needed medical care, the staff were incredibly caring and even offered to take us to the medical clinic. Their kindness and willingness to help during a stressful time is something we will never forget. It wasn't just the hotel itself that made our stay special—it was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of the team. They truly made us feel like family. + Отличное месторасположение, близко к центру. Чистые номера. Немного уставшая мебель, но в целом норм. Номера небольшие, но по цене вполне подходящие. Если отталкиваться от цены, то отель отличный.
