− Overhead shower did not work

− We are extremely disappointed with our stay. For several reasons, we had a very unpleasant experience with both the staff and the property itself, and we cannot recommend it. We booked this hotel four months in advance because, at the time, it had a much higher rating. Only a few weeks before our trip, we noticed that its score had dropped significantly. Concerned by the many negative reviews, we asked whether it was possible to cancel our reservation, but our request was refused. Ironically, when we finally arrived at around 1:00 a.m., the room we had booked four months earlier was no longer available. We were temporarily given a double room and told we would have to move the following day. This caused major inconvenience, as we already had plans early the next morning and had to waste precious time packing, unpacking and reorganizing our luggage. To make up for their mistake, we were promised an excellent replacement room. Instead, we were given a tiny room that was clearly below

− BED BUGS! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our original room had bed bugs in the bed, making it completely unacceptable to stay there. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but it was no better. It smelled strongly of mould, was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. We didn't feel safe or comfortable staying at the hotel, so we ended up booking a different hotel and leaving early. The cleanliness throughout the property was shocking, and the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.
