+ It was a great place, excellent for walking to the River front, boat trips were great too, an hour for £4... loads of restaurants and bars nearby
− 1st floor main street facing was very noisy, but it is Istanbul so you wont get countryside peace

Excellent stay with outstanding service, great location, and exceptional hospitality.
+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and reach the main attractions by public transport or taxi. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any request. As a pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would also be happy to stay here again on a future visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

+ Very nice Manager & staff, shame the room was only on 1st floor as traffic noise was very loud, but overall it did the job, aircon was fantastic but I had to turn it off as it was so good..
− Its a bit dated, couldn't lock the door, as its dropped so bolt doesn't fit into receiver & even with DO NOT DISTURB sign, room service still knocked and entered.. Im working nights so need to sleep during the day..

В целом неплохо, но мы не проверили, что заказали номер без окна, было душно, везде курили, у нас пропахла одежда, даже

− Мы не заметили при бронировании, что номер без окна, было душно. Еще есть проблема, что все курили вокруг и даже в номере пахло табаком, вся одежда провонялась, очень тяжело быть в таких местах
