− Smell in Bathrooms Staff not friendly as I saw in reviews Food not that good same stuff everyday also it is Salad and Eggs in many different ways with some other stuffs , Fruits only watermelon Cleaning quality not that good Lighting is very bad

− The windows were facing someone's house window, so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time.

− However, there are a few issues that should be improved. We were four guests but were given only one room key, despite asking several times for an extra one. This meant we always had to leave and return together. Since the room key also controlled the electricity, we had to take it with us whenever we left, so the refrigerator was turned off and could not be used properly. The housekeeping staff also forgot to replace the toilet paper on several occasions, and we had to ask for it. During our 10-night stay, I was robbed on the fifth day and lost all my bank cards, a large amount of cash, and my room key. When I explained what had happened and asked for a replacement key, I was charged $10. While I understand hotel policies, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion in such a difficult situation. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay overall.
