The Havana Residence

− Carece de mantenimiento y reparación las instalaciones Los muebles no se encuentran en buenas condiciones. A una de las duchas le faltaba una puerta de la mampara, por lo cual al bañarse se mojaba gran parte del baño. Las tvs no funcionaban, había una luz sobre una de las cama que no encendía, toma corrientes sin funcionar. A demás habían huespedes bastabte molestos. No vimos a la recepcionista hasta el día del check out Eramos 5 y quedamos bastante desconformes

− Solo el olor a humedad

− No security at al: no 24/7 front desk, the guy just disappears after checking you in, the room door lock “key” is a gimmick (see pics), fungus all over the room and the bathroom walls and ceilings with its special poisonous smell… Once discovered all these, tried to negotiate for one night stay instead of two, but the owner rejected to refund (booking on my side, refunded $13 of about €73 spent, the rest thru bank charge-back procedure)
