Wonderful place to stay & have easy access to the sights.
+ The property is a wonderful old bank converted to a hotel. The building is filled with classical charm. The roof top bar has wonderful views of the city & is a relaxing place to gather. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable of local things to do.
− wish there were more electrical outlets in the room

We had a lovely stay and would visit again.
+ The hotel is very well located, close to the metro, tram and ferry and within walking distance of the Galata tower. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with lovely artworks and the staff is friendly and helpful.
− The hotel coffee could be better.

Great location and comfortable rooms
+ Location is great. Some staff members were great, others could’ve tried harder.
Breakfast and Housekeeping staff were particularly good. Also, the lovely gentleman who delivered our nightly chocolates and the iron and ironing board.
Bed was particularly comfortable.
− Lack of interest from most of the front office staff.
Access to the roof top bar and restaurant - no priority given to residents, we were turned away and the staff wouldn’t even let us take a few photos.
Breakfast selection was poor.
WiFi kept dropping out and we had to sign in every time we came back to the hotel.
