Istanbul Fair Hotel

− My previous review was positive about this hotel But this time was horrible! The elevator was shaking dangerously every time it was used, and it took nearly 5 minutes to reach the 4th floor. The cleaning staff also did not allow guests to use the elevator while they were cleaning. Especially one Turkmen staff member, whose name was probably Mohammed Ismailkhil. I've never encountered someone so unprofessional, disrespectful, and, in my experience, discriminatory in the hospitality sector. If something is against the hotel's policy, it can be communicated politely. Instead, he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Finally, the hotel does not mention anywhere that they do not accept card payments. They only accept cash. If you don't have cash, it becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange it somehow.
