Très bonne expérience grâce à l'emplacement, au confort et à la gentillesse du personnel.
+ Très bon séjour au Rayelin Hotel Old Town. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de la station de métro Aksaray, ce qui facilite les déplacements et permet d'accéder facilement aux principaux sites touristiques d'Istanbul.
À notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de bénéficier d'un surclassement gratuit vers une suite supérieure, un geste très apprécié qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable.La suite était propre, spacieuse et très bien entretenue.
Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement le Manager, ainsi que Mohand et Elhan, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et la qualité de leur service. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.
− Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui gagnerait à être plus varié. Malgré cela, l'expérience globale reste très positive et je recommande cet hôtel pour son excellent emplacement et la qualité de son accueil.
