Misleading pictures
+ The staff were amazing especially the breakfast staff, they were friendly and always helpful.
− I I really don't like about this hotel is that the pictrures of the hotel and rooms posted on booking.com have nothing to do with reality. The rooms are smaller and less "modern" than the pictures. The restaurant was so small, that we have to wait for a line to eat breakfast. I chose this hotel because of the rating 8.5 amd I don't think this hotel deserves more than 7.8.

− The pictures are AI - ed comparing to reality - when we checked in it wasn’t like the pictures at all
We asked to check in 2 hours earlier they charged us almost half day they took extra
Food is soooooo bad - the room dining - it was thrown right away
When they do the housekeeping they don’t add enough coffee / coffee mate etc and we called them several times to bring - they answered in a very very bad tone already you asked twice - the attitude was soooo bad -
Rooms are full of mosquitos
When you open the window it’s full of garbages like the picture attached
Only 2 staff were good out of them all (Taha and Halit)

+ I thought it was exceptional value for money and you have all the fashionable shops right on your door step.
Once you get back to your hotel feeling hot there is always a cold juice that you can help yourself to at the entrance of the restaurant.
− I think the cleaning could have been better between guests stay. Like cleaning around the safes and little nook and crannies and the towels were quite worn looking.

Friendly staff, but misleading photos, poor location, humidity issues, and an overpriced spa made the stay disappointing
+ The staff were genuinely kind, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast is a fixed menu with good quality and fair value. The massage therapist at the spa (an African lady) was excellent and very professional. The room rate was relatively affordable compared with other hotels in the area.(but also explained)
− Unfortunately, the listing and photos are misleading. The hotel is much older and less modern than it appears online. Although it is technically in Şişli, it is located on a very steep, narrow side street away from the main roads, making access difficult. Taxis often had trouble reaching the hotel because the street is easily congested, and the entrance has stairs only, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility issues.
The biggest issue was the strong humidity, sewage, and mold-like smell throughout the property. The hotel seemed to use excessive chlorine to mask the odor, including in the water, but the smell remained noticeable. It triggered my allergic rhinitis, and my mother also developed chest irritation during our stay. Ventilation was poor, and the unpleasant smell seemed to linger even after leaving the hotel.
The spa is surprisingly expensive considering the limited facilities. I booked the suite expecting a premium experience because of the photos,
