Han Suite Hotel

− The bathroom was not the best in terms of water temperature, and there was a hole in the floorboard. The sea view room also had a very minimal view of the sea.

− When we arrived at the hotel, one of the rooms had a broken air con so when we spoke with the staff member on site, he promptly changed the room but it was in the next door building. It was a family holiday so we booked two rooms thinking they would be closer to each other but weren't expecting to be thrown into a room in the next door building. The hotel management did not inform us in advance about the broken air con before we arrived there which is extremely unprofessional and spoiled the family holiday experience. The new room no. 101 had some very loose floorboards which made it quite difficult to walk around especially near the single bed. When we asked the staff, they told us it was the owners who did not get the floor fixed. My message to the owner is to show some professionalism and have hotel rooms in a condition to match the Booking.com listings and pictures.
