Grey House Apartments & Suites Istanbul

− I didn't like the elevator inside the apartment , which was scary since any of the kids can press the button and the doors would open , you can't use the elevator to go up the apartment without the key card but once it's there you can use it to go down without the card , that was a huge safety issue for us,kept us worried during the night if any of the kids had the curiosity to try it, room were clean but could have been better, AC needed serious cleaning so did the ventilation in the bathrooms all were closed with thick layer of dust , made my allergies and my kids allergies act up , didn't like the fact that fresh towels are replaced each 3 days, we did have a washing machine but didn't have a place to dry them outside and inside it was hard for the towels to dry, room service is just making the bed not necessarily changing the covers and changing the towels , if you're hoping for a cleaner floor not gona happen.

− Pretty much everything. The place is a sh*t hole. Noisy and disgusting. The most unfriendly hotel I have ever visited in my whole life (I am 50 and have visited 40 + countries). Avoid that place. Staff at reception was most unfriendly.
