− Air conditioning / temperature control was not working for 3 days. Despite of complaint they control from front desk. So anytime feel hot or cold u need to call reception Water drain in washbasin was not working. No fix in 3 days. Solution provided keep the tap at low pressure. Ordered food at room and the person took order forget room number and after waiting long, the kitchen person told me they took wrong number At breakfast orders egg potato, it came after 1 hour and it was not as per picture. Then they started arguing that picture is old. It took another 30 minutes. Total 1.5 hours for scrambled egg with potato that was not scrambled egg. They used same fried egg put a loooooot of French fries and egg was completely disappeared
