Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit ausgezeichnetem Service – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel zu 100 % weit
+ Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das All-inclusive-Angebot war hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an leckerem Essen und Getränken. Besonders gefallen haben uns die täglichen und abendlichen Animationen. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer wurden wir sogar mit einer Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Beim Auschecken kam einer der Hotelchefs persönlich zu uns und verabschiedete uns mit original verpackten türkischen Süßigkeiten – eine sehr herzliche Geste, die uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Отель, в который действительно хочется вернуться.
+ Отличный отель, отличный персонал. Делает свою работу четко и качественно. Все всегда доброжелательные, улыбаются. Есть ощущение, что тебе действительно рады. Уборка на высоте, комплимент в номер в виде фруктов и бутылки вина - приятно. Свой сад с павлинами - отдельная история!)) Готовят очень вкусно. По вечерам культурная программа.
− Не хватило мне бесплатного WiFi и зеркала с увеличением у раковины.

+ Хороший, не большой отель, твердые 4 звезды.
Все классно, чисто, единственное интернет платный, за него отдельно нужно оплачивать, на каждую персону. И кровати не очень удобные, нас было 2е с сестрой и 2 раздельные кровати, нам обоим было не удобно спать на них.
В остальном все супер!

+ the thing I liked the most was the staff they were amazing and very welcoming. The reception team, especially Sarhan and his colleagues, were excellent and always helpful. The staff in the outdoor and indoor dining area were also fabulous and created a very pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel offered many beautiful evening events, such as Turkish night and other entertainment activities. The food was as expected, with a wide variety of options throughout the day, as well as good snacks between the main meals and very tasty ice cream.
I also loved the mountain views and the great location. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and there were markets nearby as well. Free parking was available on the next street, which made it very easy for me to park my car. Another lovely touch was the beautiful peacocks 🦚 and chickens around the property, which gave the place a unique charm.
− What I didn’t like was mainly related to the condition of the rooms and facilities. I understand that you get what you pay for, and I was not expecting luxury facilities or 5-star amenities. However, I did expect basic facilities to be working properly.
The first room I received was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell, the room looked very old, and there was continuous noise coming from both the toilet and the outside pool area. Thankfully, after I spoke to the wonderful staff, they kindly changed my room.
Unfortunately, the second room also had several issues. There were visible damages and maintenance problems, such as broken tiles, scales/dirt on the floor, and the electric fuse box being exposed. The shower was leaking badly, and without using towels to block the water, it would have reached the entrance door. The hairdryer was very old and extremely noisy, the kettle looked too old to even use, and the fridge was not working at all. Some of the lights were also not func
