The reception staff and waiters were incredibly welcoming and helpful; everything was top-notch. The evenings featured beautiful live Turkish music. I highly recommend that everyone visit this hotel and meet the people who work there.

Hotel was near the beach and shops.
I recommend to all my friends and family to go and stay in the hotel.

Terribile
+ Gli aspetti positivi. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, a pochi passi da un mare splendido, e la struttura avrebbe un grande potenziale. Inoltre, il personale della reception si è sempre dimostrato disponibile e ha cercato, nei limiti delle proprie possibilità, di aiutarci
− La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata purtroppo molto negativa.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera tripla in condizioni inaccettabili: polvere ovunque, letti disfatti con lenzuola che sembravano già utilizzate e una profonda crepa sul muro. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato la situazione alla reception. Il ragazzo presente è salito personalmente in camera, ha verificato lo stato della stanza, ha scattato delle foto e ci ha proposto un'altra sistemazione.
La seconda camera, però, era una doppia con letti singoli, nonostante la nostra prenotazione fosse per una tripla. Anche questa stanza era molto sporca e presentava un bagno estremamente piccolo. Viaggiando con un bambino di un anno e mezzo, la camera non era adeguata.
Abbiamo quindi chiesto di annullare la prenotazione, poiché non ci sentivamo al sicuro nel soggiornare nella struttura. Dopo una lunga discussione, durante la quale ci veniva detto che avremmo dovuto contattare Booking o che il proprietario non avr

Belle ville mais très déçu des turcs très froid pas souriants et pas gentille
+ Le personnel n'était pas très souriant, surtout au niveau de la cuisine et du service. On était toujours mis à l'écart. Lorsque c'était des clients turcs ou européens. Il n'était pas traité de la même manière que nous. Mais le plus gros le manque de sourire et d'amabilité. Tous les jours, mangions la même chose et le fait qu'il n'y ait pas deux stars dans les chambres. Nous avons très mal dormi. Et le jour nous levait dès cinq heures du matin. Le Hamam et le sauna était éteint c'est clair que je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel avec ma famille et mes amis. Et l'accueil des turcs. Il nous a beaucoup déçu. Frère juste à l'hôtel en général

Csodás hotel, gyönyörű helyen
+ Nagyon kedves a személyzet, kivéve a szemüveges pincért. (Nem szereti a külföldi turistákat, úgy tűnt)
A recepción is kiváló a személyzet. Mindig mindenben a rendelkezésére álltak és segítettek szükség esetén. A reggelinél volt egy hölgy, aki mindig nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket és hozta a frissen sült ételeket. Ő volt a reggeli fénypontja, köszönjük!!! :) Az ételek finomak voltak, helyi tradicionális ételekkel, még aki válogatós is biztosan talál magának minden nap megfelelő ételt. A választék hatalmas. A szobák rendezettek és tiszták. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. A strand 400 méterre van, gyönyörű, tiszta.
