− WiFi was never working. Smart tv couldn’t ever be used and without connection. Multiple attempts were done for staff to come fix it but never got fixed

− The internet was always slow, the power went out alot which disturbed us. When we got to one of the rooms, the card came without a key and when we finally got one, it didnt work. The service down in the lobby was ok but, it could have been way better! We stayed in three rooms and only one had a menu. We also wish there would have been a "no smoking zone" in the resturant, since it was bothering us alot.
