+ I love the location of this hotel...Lots of hustle & bustle but if you so choose you can go up to the many seating areas upstairs which is pretty at night & enjoy a cold juice & admire the view.
All the staff were really nice .... But I must say a big thank you to lady who really helped me one morning to get a taxi.❤🏆💐

Boa vista para as pirâmides
+ O hotel tem uma das melhores vistas para a pirâmides, o terraço e muito bom, os quartos são confortáveis e os funcionários simpáticos. Nos tínhamos meia pensão mas ao fazer check-out foi cobrado novamente os jantares por erro, mas o hotel fez refound por PayPal, o que mostra também seriedade do hotel.
− A zona exterior aliás a zona de Giza e muito suja, mas para mim o pior foi o barulho, principalmente os concertos que eles fazem na zona até altas horas da noite, para quem quer acordar cedo não funciona.

Agréable séjour dans un hôtel avec un splendide rooftop
+ Le personnel de la réception est très sympathique et bienveillant.
Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
La vue est conforme aux photographies et le rooftop est incroyable !
− Seule déception : le service restauration du rooftop, qui est plutôt cher, et les plats proposés qui ne sont pas formidables.

Great view, nice balcony setting and design but nothing more.
+ The balcony is right in front of the Giza pyramids complex! Very nice view and location.
− We had booked a large room but we were given a very small one instead upon arrival. They told us that we can change to a bigger room tomorrow but we obviously didnt as we would not have enough time to move around all the time.
For an entire day the water was shut off, they only said that the government cut it and nothing else, no backup.
Breakfast was terribly poor and slow. They just give you ready made things from the store below and Americano is just an instant coffee.

− nous avions la chambre avec baignoire face aux pyramides dommage que le cumulus pour l eau chaude soit insuffisant pour la baignoire du coup de l eau juste tiédie
l'extérieur est surprenant et est un contraste saisissant avec l intérieur
intérieur nickel extérieur rue décevant
