+ Ruhiges Hotel mit gemütlichen Zimmern und herzlichem Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick beim Frühstück von der Dachterrasse auf die Pyramiden war grandios. Das neue Museum und der neue Haupteingang der Pyramiden sind nur eine kurze Taxifahrt entfernt. Bei allen Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen.

− The hotel manager, a man, did not help carry the suitcase down the stairs.
Instead, he sent his assistant, an elderly woman, saying that it was her job.

+ La gentillesse de Mohamed manifestement le patron et vue sur les pyramides depuis la terrasse.
− Attention à vos valeurs/bijoux. Coffre inefficace, on peut partir avec sous le bras.

+ Maria Pyramid House is very basic but the terrace view of the pyramids was outstanding. Probably best you can get at this price. Hardy working family business. Office is upstairs and it took a minute to find it. Room was adequate for us with strong air conditioner.

+ We had a wonderful four-night stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more.
The rooms were spotless and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, sorting out every little issue that came up during our trip without any fuss. They also arranged our airport transfers both ways, which made everything so much easier.
Breakfast deserves a special mention. It’s served on the rooftop with a stunning view of the pyramids, which makes every morning feel special. The food was genuinely delicious, and on one morning when we slept in and missed the regular service, the staff still made sure we got fed. Small thing, but it meant a lot.
Honestly, the whole team made us feel looked after the entire time. Huge thanks to everyone, we left very happy and would absolutely come back.

+ Chambre confortable. Terrasse plutôt artificielle malgré vue sur les pyramides.
− Secteur propice aux scams (taxi, guide, etc.). Évitez de recourir au service de réservation de visites guidées. Le guide auquel on nous a référé n' avait pas d' accréditation et le contenu de son tour était très minimal. Le quartier n' est pas agréable. Seulement qq hôtels et restaurants dans les alentours.
