Not a 4 star Hotel—Just a Noisy, Run-Down Guesthouse
− This is not a 4-star hotel, but clearly a guesthouse—essentially an apartment divided into multiple rooms. The listing is very misleading and does not reflect the reality at all.
The building is very old and in poor condition. We were honestly uncomfortable even entering it for the first time. The lift is extremely small, outdated, and feels unsafe.
Our room had a broken window, and because of the constant noise from the street, we couldn’t sleep properly for three nights.
The owner does not speak English, which made communication very difficult. He also appears to live in the hotel and smokes frequently in the common areas. One night, the smell of smoke was so strong that it reached our room and made it impossible to sleep.
The only positive aspect was the receptionist, who was polite, helpful, and supportive.
Overall, this place is far below the standard of a 4-star hotel and should be described honestly as a guesthouse to avoid misleading guests.

More than a hotel: a family atmosphere
+ While the neighborhood and the entrance might raise a few questions at first (the hotel is actually located on the 13th floor), the experience proves to be excellent: very beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a breathtaking view of the pyramids, and a pleasant savory breakfast… In short, everything is very good, but the highlight is undoubtedly the extraordinary hospitality of the duo who took care of us: Mohammed and Reda, exceptionally kind and thoughtful, giving the place a warm, family-like atmosphere.

It was a wonderful stay at a good hotel.
+ It was an excellent stay. Large, spacious room, balcony with a view of the pyramids. They cleaned every day. Mr. Reda is an extremely kind man and helped us a lot with information.. So did Mohamed, the owner, who even drove us when we left, at 00.30, down to the taxi and helped us with our luggage. They are wonderful people and I recommend this hotel to everyone. It is located near restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. and the prices are low. Use UBER because it is cheap.They also have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which we used because it was our first time in Egypt. It was very convenient because the airport is 40 km away. Then we used Uber because it is very cheap.Rhank you for all !
