− Check in was not a smooth process. I put my card details when i book the room for payment. I booked this room as gift for a friend. On his arrival he was asked to pay the fee whether in cash or card because they stopped online payment through booking.com It was very unnecessary stress and embarrassment as my friend ended up paying for his stay. The staff was not cooperative at this issue and was rude while I am on the phone. Also the amount we have been charged is more than what was sent in the confirmation email.

− Beds are not comfortable Bed covers are not clean Stuff

− I didn’t like the staff The rooms where bad,old and dirty
