− المصعد لايبدأ من التحت ، ليس مناسب للعربة و المرضى.
كانت هناك منشفة واحدة غير ملائمة قديمة جدا .

8/10+ فندق رائع وجميل والطاقم أروع خاصة الأستاذ عز الذي كان طيبا ومتعاونا جدا معنا مشكورين جميعا.
− غرفة نظيفة واسعة إلا الحمام لم تكن فيه تهوية وكانت المياه تغمره لأن بالوعة المياه كانت بعيدة عن مكان تجمع المياه

6/10+ Location is the best. Eating places are nearby & safe to walk. Mohamed Reda at reception was a true professional, communicated clearly through text upfront. Airport pickup was hassle free & smooth but has a $16 fee. Hussein, Manager was very nice & helpful. Staff was great but needs to speak english better.
− Bathroom needs to have a shower curtain so it can stay dry. Bed bugs made a lot of itchy marks on my wife which was unexpected & annoying. I reported it to Hussein. Elevator needs to be clean.

+ We stayed there only during the day till our transfer to another city. Didn't use anything else but the room and beds.
− Not clean room and awful smell inside. The furniture is old and quite dirty. Not bad just to leave your luggage but wouldn't sleep there even one night.
