+ Everything broken water tub the bathroom flash doesn't work when i told them they just fix funny fix than the bathroom flooded the breakfast very poor and not even breakfast to call

+ I never leave bad reviews, but I had to say, this was the most horrible stay I ever had and ever will have in Cairo! The rooms aren’t cleaned at all before your check in!!! The tiles and carpets had dust and dirt everywhere! Never vacuumed! The beddings were dirty and had hairs everywhere on top. The towels were stained and had cigarette butt burn holes. The pillows & mattress were bouncy and unstable, I kept feeling I’d fall off the bed! And on top of all this, the neighborhood had some sort of service dogs or something; they were barking ALL NIGHT!! Imagine hearing a hundred dogs barking every 10 minutes all night until sunrise!! The bathroom was disgusting! The trash can was FULL of trash! The bathroom floor was smeared with dirt and had hairs everywhere, so obviously it wasn’t mopped! Worst part? The toilet wasn’t flushed or cleaned either! Can you imagine? Also, the bathroom only had 2 bars of soap; nothing else! The breakfast was served late and incomplete! Imagine waiting for
