However, the bedrooms were disappointing, and the lighting was totally inadequate. Luggage stands were not provided in the rooms, they were only available on request. In room 402 there was only 1 chair and the kettle was broken, but it was quickly replaced. Only one window could be opened. Just one inadequate shelf in the shower room.
In room 128 there is no shelving at all in the bedroom the lighting is very poor and the windows were ill fitting.

+ Yes, another wonderful week at the Holmes Hotel - excellent Marylebone location, lovely room, attentive staff, and in this heat it’s important to note they have fantastic air conditioning. Shout out to Jeet at the front desk who helped me get a shower in the gym when I arrived early morning after an all night flight - long before my room was due to be ready. Then he helped me again to make my next reservation and he helped again arrange a car back to Heathrow upon checkout. I’ll be back soon, promise!
Pro tip: for breakfast get the tomato, avocado, Halloumi cheese, and olive plate with toast. Orange juice is freshly squeezed too.

+ I stayed at Holmes Hotel London, and it remains my favourite hotel in London. I've stayed here before, and I always choose to come back because of the warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff consistently make me feel at home, and the service is always excellent.
A special mention to Jeet at reception, who made my check-in smooth and hassle-free . He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with anything I needed. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my experience even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend Holmes Hotel to anyone visiting London, and I look forward to staying here again.

+ Brilliant from the start. Excellent location close to train and awesome shopping. Check in with Alex was flawless, room great and breakfast delicious. They held our bags and let us use the game after checkout before our flight. Highly recommend.

+ We had a great stay at the Holmes Hotel. We stayed in the King suite which was very spacious and fit our family of four. The room was quiet and well appointed and you can’t beat the location in Marleybone. The staff was so kind to us but especially to our kids with welcome bags and little stuffed bears upon our arrival. The in house restaurant was great quality but our only issue was very slow service that caused some delays to our plans.
