− Location is a challenge as tough to get to hotel via underground.

− Air condition broken, no info at check in so no idea where facilities were or what time breakfast is or where to go. Air con “fixed” yet it wasn’t. Record player broken, waited 50 minutes for our bags upon check in and room very hot for the content shoot we booked it for. This involved multiple calls, speaking to various people, an attempted room change which we declined upon seeing it as it wasn’t as good a view for the content shoot and therefore stuck with the room with broken air con. Guest services came to check and said “it’s nice and cool in here” when it wasn’t and the air con keeps defaulting back to higher temps even when you manually put it back up. All staff rude; told me it was clearly user error, engineer said it was broken and needed rebooting and not to touch, was told they’d come back and they didn’t. Asked for manager who didn’t contact me. Mini bar locked despite them having my credit card and debiting £100 and 2 calls where I was told I had to go down to reception.

− - Checkin wait times to long and unorganized. There was free drinks standing around I guess because of it but no one said anything and it was not obvious if any glasses where unused. - I don’t get what’s the point of the guys with in ear headsets walking around at the reception area. Was just a weird vibe and felt like bouncers at a club. - We had a deluxe room upon arrival it was told that the room has a shower curtain which we said is no problem. But they didn’t told us that it is an accessibility room. That then also meant that the sink is way to low and a few other annoyances. - Our bathroom bin was not emptied upon arrival. It was taken care of after a reception call but this should not happen. On top of that the window was not cleaned and full of marks. - Having a sensor instead of a normal tap for the bathroom sink is just really annoying. - There was constant beeping noise in the hallway that could be heard in the room. - Only one bedside had a proper night table. - Everything
