Crowne Plaza London - Docklands by IHG

+ From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we left, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. What makes it so special is the staff who go out of their way to provide an excellent guest experience. Add to that one of the best breakfasts we have had at a London hotel. We will certainly be back.

+ Lovely staff, nice breakfast. Room was not cleaned the whole 5 days we stayed. Basin in bathroom not wiped out, benches not wiped, cups left dirty. The worst thing was same sheets the whole stay which I find unacceptable. Pretty disappointing really as I stay at Crowne regularly and always get good housekeeping.

+ My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands for four days last weekend, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is gorgeous, it was spotless, smelt great, has fabulous amenities and a fantastic restaurant & bar, making it an ideal base for our stay in London. Our room was huge with everything we could possibly need including a Nespresso machine. Despite the busy area and room was perfectly quiet and given the heatwave we were very grateful for the air conditioning. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the staff in the bar and restaurant, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and cheerful attitude made every meal a pleasure. The food was outstanding, the small plates and burgers were a huge hit. I would definitely recomm

+ Usually room size of hotels is smaller but the rooms very spacious, the check in process and the staff were excellent
