+ Gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem. Die U-Bahn fährt direkt angrenzend, bis King’s Cross ist es nur eine Station.
− Die Zimmer sind eher eng geschnitten und im Ausbaustandard nur mittelmäßig. Während das Hotel selbst mit seinen Fluren und Treppenhäusern pompös gestaltet ist, wirkt die Einrichtung der Zimmer durchschnittlich und wenig ansprechend. Den Preis rechtfertigen letztlich allein Ort und Lage.

− All elevatiors out of order during the 2 day stay. Only elevator working was the kitchen staff evelavtor, As my room was on the 5th floor they had to escort me through the kitchen each time I wanted to go to my room.

Good location and easy access to the tube
+ Stayed here as part of a travel group. This is a very nice hotel located in a nice part of London. The nearest tube station is literally around the corner and several nice pubs nearby.

+ Updated; After posting this review, I emailed the hotel to share my disappointment. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally they responded.
Roksana from the hotel team was fantastic — they looked into what happened, apologised for the misunderstanding, and went above and beyond to help arrange the champagne surprise for my friends’ engagement.
They arranged the Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, organised a handwritten personalised note, and made sure everything was taken care of. Their communication was excellent, and they completely turned around what had initially been a disappointing experience.
Thank you, Roksana, for your kindness and for helping make celebration even more special. This is exactly the level of care and service that makes a real difference.
