Single rooms like a closet and NEVER have a nice view

− One of the smallest single rooms I have ever had. Said it was a classic single- not sure what was classic. If you’re on the heavier side you’ll have problems getting in and out of the shower & loo. No shelf in the bathroom had to put things on the floor

I would stay at the Bailey next time. I enjoyed my stay very much.
+ Excellent Location, excellent staff who are helpful. Breakfast was very good.
The bar has a friendly safe atmosphere. I felt very safe at the hotel. Taxi rank, station and shops and restaurants at the front door.
− The aircon didn’t work. In a heatwave this made the evenings difficult.

+ Very comfortable, quiet room in a great location. Very friendly and responsive staff who clearly worked hard to meet the needs of their guests (hotel and restaurant). Steps away from the underground, variety of food, a market, and Boots all in the neighborhood so convenience.
− I made the mistake of visiting during a major heatwave so, try as it might, the room AC could not keep up with it. Beyond the hotel's control, but it would be worth upgrading the system. I was also surprised that there wasn't a business center (thankfully, my smartphone got me through the week).
