Lacking in certain aspects for the price I paid
+ The hotel was in a good situation, close to transport links .
− There was a significant amount of building works going on . Breakfast was offered but supplies ran out before the end of service. At quarter to 9 members of my family only had yoghurt and fruit.
Coffee was Luke warm .
But the worst thing was we had no hot water for our shower in the morning.
So I paid £516 for the two rooms which I felt was not good value for money .

Good service but bad breakfast.
+ Very nice room and service.
− They were renovating so the entrance was a little shabby but that can't be helped. My main problem was the breakfast. It was yogurt and croissant. It might be because of the renovations. I explained more since the room was expensive.

+ La nota positiva è sempre la posizione ma io sono una cliente abituata a risiedere presso questo hotel per motivi di lavoro da qualche hanno ormai (per soggiorni anche prolungati) . La pessima sorpresa che mi sono trovata a vivere questa volta (senza essere stata avvisata in alcun modo prima del mio arrivo) è stato di trovarmi non un hotel a 4 stelle (come da mia prenotazione su Booking) bensì in un CANTIERE APERTO! Operai ovunque, sporcizia dappertutto , impossibilità ad usare le sale comuni (completamente chiuse da pannellature temporanee che dovevano coprire i lavori) , nessuna diving room a disposizione per bere qualcosa, fare colazione ecc (ma l’allestimento di una “light breakfast” dalle 7 alle 9 su un bancone di legno posto all’esterno dell’albergo (con cibo di scarsa scelta e qualità, non più disponibile già alle 8.30). Tutti le aree comuni rivestite di cellophane (mezzo rotto) per coprire la sottostante moquette, dotate di operai ovunque, dentro e fuori dagli ascensori, odore
− La non volontà di comprendere che il disagio creato al cliente era tale da dover mettere in atto delle iniziative significative per cercare di salvaguardare il rapporto per eventuali futuri soggiorni! Altro che 2 paroline di scuse!
