2 things to make your stay perfect
+ Location fantastic, atmosphere great but, the rooms is where I have a couple of issues. If it wasn’t for minor details that could quite easily be fixed this hotel would have got a 5 star rating on everything. We landed late into London, so didn’t get to the hotel until after 9pm. The room on appearance looked spotless and enough towels for the 3 of us who were staying there. We went straight out for something to eat and when we returned I wanted a quick shower. The shower was lovely and powerful the only thing there was no hanger for your towel without going outside the cubical naked. A couple of hooks in the shower area would be a quick fix. The next morning wanted a coffee to start my day to realise we didn’t have access to hot drinks in the room and had to go downstairs for coffee or tea with the added price of £2:50 per cup even though on your web site it states unlimited tea or coffee available with 20%off food and bar drinks giving the impression that the drinks were free, whi

Great location, great rooms and great team
+ The location of the hotel is perfect to connect to central part of London either through rail or underground connections as it is within 2 mins walk from Farringdon Station. Atmosphere was extremely friendly and helpful and more than happy to help. The rooms whilst compact were clean and well designed so you didn’t feel claustrophobic. This included the storage space under the beds which would fit large suitcases. We had a slightly problem with the air in which the staff explained was due to the environmental approach which gradual build up of cooling once your room has been activated. Thanks for a great stay

+ Mooi betaalbaar hotel! Prima locatie, veilige buurt en geen last van verkeer/herrie in de nacht! Echt een aanrader! Kamer is klein, maar heel netjes!

Perfektes Hotel für Städtetrip in London!!
+ Der Service war top und auch die Räumlichkeiten für das Frühstück! Die Lage war super - gleich an der Bushaltestelle - super Anbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und in Fußnähe gab es tolle Restaurants - (das wäre schön, wenn uns mittgeteilt wurde - ich habe dies erst zufällig am letzten Tag selbst raus gefunden)
Das Zimmer war klein aber dafür hatte es eine tolle technische Ausstattung mit elektrischer Verstellung des Bettes, LED Lichtleisten und ein sehr durchdachtes Design, sodass man auf engstem Raum für vieles Platz findet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich würde wieder buchen. Die Klimaanlage war top - so leise, dass man sie nicht hörte, die Fenster waren super (schall-)isoliert - das Zimmer war absolut ruhig!
− Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber für alle war was passendes dabei. Die Qualität der scambled eggs könnte besser sein und auch der Kaffee war nicht sehr einladend.
Die Dusche entsprach leider nicht ganz dem hohen Standard wie das Zimmer selbst. Der Duschkopf war rostig und an der Decke war ein Abzug sehr verschmutzt.

+ Verkligen fint hotell med trevlig personal. Nära in till city. Busstationen är precis utanför. Finns restaurang om man inte orkar gå ut och äta.
− Sängen var lite för hård för min smak. Kuddarna för platta. Det var en utmaning att duscha utan att de ska sippra ut vatten ut på golvet på toaletten samt sovdelen.
