Other than minor hiccups, ibis was a pleasant stay. Mr Ikram, at the Front Office was super accommodating

+ كانت الخدمة ممتازة اول ما نقولهم على شي يتصرفوا والفطور كويس الهاشبراون اكتر شي عجبني، عندهم مكاين قهوة في مكان الفطور، االغرف عموما نظيفة، احنا اخدنا الغرف في الدور السادس ، مافيها تيليفون ولا مكوى، لكن لمن سألنا قالولنا في غرفة كوي.
قبل سنتين اخدنا في الدور 8 كانت افخم واريح، سألناهم اذا نبغى نغير للدور ال8 قالولنا تدفعوا 30 باوند لليلة
− ريحة الحمام كانت مزعجة، والمكيف كان خربان في غرفتنا بس ما كلمناهم، لو كلمناهم كان صلحوه، في غرفة امي وابويا كان المكيف ممتاز.
لمن يدخلوا ينظفوا بس يرتبوا السرير، ما يشيلوا المناديل وتنظيفهم مو تمام
المناشف اللي كانت في الحمام كان عليها بقع ، فما استعملناها

+ Struttura pulita, con personale gentile e accogliente, e un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero imbattibile. Rispetto a tante strutture della capitale, questa gode di camere ampie, luminose, silenziose, letti comodissimi, e pulizia giornaliera. Pur non avendo scelto la colazione inclusa, abbiamo usufruito del servizio caffetteria, che abbiamo trovato sempre aperto, fino a tarda sera, con prodotti di ottima qualità.
L'hotel, inoltre, è situato in posizione che può inizialmente apparire decentrata, ma collegata perfettamente con metro, bus, e treni.
Attorno alla struttura ci sono tantissimi locali, supermercati, e negozi di vario genere, che rendono la zona viva e dinamica.

Very good hotel but I think I was given one of their worst rooms.
+ The room was quite big and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
− The room that I was given was N244. It's on the 2nd floor, next to the service lift and faces the back yard. I could hear noises from the lift, the HVAC outside units that were located in the back yard and pigeons who were cooing. So, I didn't sleep well because of all these noises.
