+ We stayed in this hotel in June during the massive heatwave. It was 38 degrees celcius in London! There were four of us - one adult and three teenagers - and I had booked a family room. First the not so good things: there is no AC in the rooms in this hotel; it has what staff referred to as a which is not the same as AC. It does the job, but the hotel should be upfront and not say . Someone had to go reset the system in the hallway when we first got there because there was nothing happening in the room and it was stuffy. Also, the room had one bed and one sofa bed that pulled out into two twin beds, but when we first got there my daughter sat on one of the pull-outs and went through it! Two of the very spaced out slats had become dislodged. Not a great experience. Third and last negative was the size of the family room: very small!
