Very good hotel, perfectly located
+ Elegant, perfectly located hotel. Rooms are large as for London’s standard. Good and quiet air conditioning. Despite the hotel is located right in the very city center of London, the street noice is not noticeable. Very friendly and professional staff, with a special THANK YOU for Zofia in NYnLON restaurant and Johirul at Leaf & Cane bar.

Great place for a family
+ Awesome place to stay in London as a family with school aged kids. Club was great, staff was responsive and anticipated our needs. Close to underground to take you anywhere you wanted in central London. Highly recommend

+ We are a Hyatt family and have stayed at many Hyatts in the US, UK, and EU. My son and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Blackfriar in London.
We arrived very early after taking a 6a flight from Hamburg. We were tired and had zero expectations that we would have a room at that hour.
Yuliia greeted us, smiling and professional. She welcomed us as if we were family. She upgraded our room so we could have access on 30 minutes! We had an amazing breakfast in the Hyatt restaurant and Yuliia came to let us know the room was ready.
She is quintessential Hyatt. The reason Hyatt is our place. Thank you, Yuliia!

+ Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were all very friendly but not over the top like at some other 5 star hotels.
The room very spacious for the price and was pristine, not a speck of dust anywhere. It was also very quiet, could barely hear people chatting as they passed by the door. Air conditioning in the room was great, we almost forgot it was 35°c outside!
Room service was delivered quickly and was delicious. Beds were super comfy as well.
− A very small detail, though an important one if this is classed as a 5 star hotel; the room lacked the range of small complementaries that most other hotels stock. In the bathroom they supplied one singular cotton pad! The lack of a coffee machine which should pretty much be the standard in a room at this price was slightly disappointing.
We booked the lowest room tier, and it had an internal window looking on to the foyer - not that we minded! Just think this should be better advertised as other people may not enjoy it.

excellent, will come and stay again for next business trip
+ nice room, even nicer bathroom, spaceous and modern, tea and coffee faciliy in the room including nespresso (which was very convenient). Room service didn't refill the napkins (was probably overlooked and not a problem); service standard was as expected - very nice service at the check-in/check-out (lovely staff).
