− Rooms are small - we had a room for assisted customers - did not like the setup

+ Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable. En suite was lovely, as was bedding. Excellent

St.Pauls prison cell

+ Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was nice looking, bed comfy, towels soft and luxurious, shower big and modern.

− Windows did not open, in fact we had to request a room change to have transparent windows at all. Shower door design did not take into account the spray making the whole bathroom wet. Sitting on the toilet seat required contortonist skills: extremely tight. All in all for the money spent I'd expect much more, especially a bigger room. Basic liberties like opening a window should be non-negotiable.
