Will be back in canary Warf
+ Nice renovated front desk and other facilities such as sky lounge/ bar, pool, sauna, steam room, bubble bath, gym. Nice room, modern kitchen with all needed facilities. Lots of lift good luggage storage thanks to the staff. Lots of storage/ shelf space and wonderful location, close to dlr into the city. Canary Warf is beautiful as well definitely recommend going here (but not in a heath wave)
− Unfortunately no aircon, luckily quiet neighbourhood so slept with windows open, had a problem with showerhead but the staff fixed it the same day. Pool was great but there was only 3 pool beds so after swimming they’re wasn’t really a place to chill and dry up as the photo suggested.

− The only thing I did not like was the bathroom. It was very small even for a single person - mind you I'm already petite.

+ Nothing, the hotel is extremely dirty. The carpets are filthy and shower very dirty

The worst stay I've had, the swimming pool and play room were the only highlight

− The room size and layout didn't make sense at all, especially for that price. I would have been better booking a hotel for less nights but better comfort. The place is right next to the train station so was hard trying to sleep, there was no AC, bathroom was tiny, the lift from the parking area takes forever and theres a £25 fee per night to park which makes your booking even more expensive. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone, NEVER EVER EVER
