Nice hotel, lovely breakfast. Some staff lacking in customer service skills.
+ Perfect location for the festival we attended. As stated in the hotels information, there is very little on site parking and most of the surrounding parking bays are for permit holders only. The room was small but clean and well equipped. It was nice that there was a bath as well as shower. The day shift manager was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable, however the same cannot be said for the female member of staff who was on reception later in the evening, whose name was Carol . We came back to the hotel at 9:30 pm and went to enquire about food. The menu states that a few items such as cold sandwiches and toast with jam are available 24hrs so we were surprised when Carol rather abruptly told us that the kitchen was closed. When my partner pointed out that the menu says these items are 24hr, she repeated “the kitchen is closed” without even looking up from her screen. This didn’t ruin our experience but was a little disappointing. The breakfast more than made up for Carols lack of

Great Location
+ The location was excellent for journeys into Greenwich and the O2 Arena. Two bus stops outside the hotel gave us easy access to our main points of interest.
− Staff could have been more friendly and the occasional smile would have been appreciated.

+ Prima hotel. Mooie kamers. In de bar was er (soms) live muziek. Dagelijkse schoonmaak van de kamers
− Wat onpersoonlijk en zakelijk.
Ik heb zelf een fout gemaakt door een verkeerde kamer te boeken via Booking (onduidelijk in welke kamer een bad of juist douche zit). Maar corrigeren ging alleen na echt forse bijbetaling (veel meer dan de andere kamer via Booking had gekost).
Kamer prima. Helaas geen airco (wel ventilator)

Gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage sightseeing
+ Gutes Hotel, was die beste Zeit allerdings hinter sich hat. Die Ausstattung hat dringend eine Modernisierung verdient. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch super, alles da von full englisch über kontinental bis Gebäck, Obst usw. Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, jedoch sehr gut an durch die Öffis angebunden. Viel länger als eine halbe Stunde braucht man nicht ins Zentrum.
− Wie gesagt, die Ausstattung lässt doch zu wünschen übrig. Unser Teppichboden war sehr fleckig, das Bad war sauber, jedoch war alles ein wenig drüber...

Lovely hotel to stay.
+ We received a very good and spacious room and the bed was a king sized bed that was very comfortable indeed.
Will be happy to stay there again should the need arise.
− The ladies at breakfast could be a little bit friendlier.
