Marlin Apartments London Bridge - Empire Square

+ Location was brilliant, 10min bus ride to Tower Bridge. We didn't use the tube due to the heat. There is a Tesco express next door, perfect for cooking in your apartment. The apartment was spotless and lovely setting away from the hustle and bustle of London. Friendly staff aswell. Easy check in and out. The only issue we did have was the temp was in 30s whilst we were there and the apartment had no air con. We had a fan which helped a bit, but aircon would of be much better. Other than that it was perfect for us. Also the surrounding area nice with local park.

+ Booking pictures and cost (330£ per night) indicated that I had probably booked the pent house, but instead was given a 2nd floor apartment. So please double confirm with these people before you book. Secondly, it doesnt have Air conditioning and was really warm inside the apartment and wasnt able to sleep. Lastly this is nothing like a 4 star apartment, but would say it meets a 3 star. No milk provisions which is required for a 4star stay. No climate control and bathroom is basic. TV is a small LED unit

+ I had my stay at Marlin Apartments in June of 2026. The stay was good overall, the services were provided as advertised. However, Upon check-in I was asked to pay GBP 100 extra as Caution money / Safety deposit, which has not been refunded till date. I have also sent an email regarding this but the issue still persists. I hope the management takes notice and provides assistance.

+ Location and apartment had mostly good facilities. Staff were pleasant enough (but very inflexible on a few things)

+ Staff were super helpful and friendly. They explained the check-in process well and gave great directions to the underground car park. The apartment had everything we needed, and was exceptionally clean.

+ Het personeel was vriendelijk. Het appartement was ruim.
