Adequate only but good location

+ Good location and comfortable bed

− Smell of sulphur from bathroom. Not clean enough - hair on floors and chairs stained

+ Clean, modern, comfortable place for a stay in London. No complaints. (One year before I stayed at a place near Victoria Station for about the same prize that felt stuffy, outdated, and didn't have ac).

Stylish rooms in a great location

+ Rooms are really comfortable with everything you would need. Water fountain in the reception was brilliant given the heat. Have stayed here before and the standards are still very high.

− Nothing except the TVs still don’t have Netflix!

Good hotel in a pleasant location

+ Good location with plenty of restaurants nearby

− No facility for breakfast but there were plenty of breakfast options in the vicinity. Our room was very small - very little room at the side of the bed
