Mould-ridden room and staff did nothing to help us

+ Location was great and the breakfasts were lovely!

− We stayed in a room that smelled of strong mould. We raised this several times and nothing was done about it.

+ Très bien situé idéal pour visiter Londres . Petit déjeuner copieux assez basique . Personnel très souriant. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages . On nous a offert des cookies à notre arrivée.

− L’appartement était petit pour 3 après avoir ouvert le canapé lit on ne peut plus trop bouger. Pas d’emplacement pour poser 2 valises. 2 chaises alors qu’on était 3. La salle de bain sentait l’humidité car pas de fenêtre.

Felt at home at the Residence Inn

+ Location of this hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and bars and places of interest nearby. Excellent transport links too. Facilities were great. Our suite was spacious with excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was superb.
