− Friendly and hard-working but inexperienced staff made problem solving more difficult than it should have been. Plus items any visitor would expect (such as sufficient tea and a TV remote control) were too often missing. Also, the hotel is still working out some basic items (such as preparing the staircase for regular use and the in-room phone system) that should have been completed before it was reopened to the public. I do expect - given the commitment of the staff - that this hotel will have all this corrected in a month or so. I do think the staff needs more training on problem-solving.

A nice place to stay!

+ This was my first trip outside of the US, and our stay at the Leonard was wonderful. They were under going some remodeling so there was some construction and lots of activity in the lobby area. This did not hinder our stay in anyway. We were close to so many shops and restaurants, and Hyde Park The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating and welcoming. We would come back to this welcoming atmosphere!
